Qualifications

• Knowledge of MDS processes and regulatory requirements.
• Current State Nurse license and CPR certification required.
• One year of nursing experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate comprehensive care plans with the MDS.
• Manage and monitor the written plan of care for each resident.
• Assist nursing management with discharge processes and documentation audits.
• Ensure accuracy of MDS and support documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Attend departmental meetings and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
