Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Operations Manager to lead the strategy and enterprise alignment of Master Data initiatives. You will drive data governance, standardization, and cross-functional coordination to enable business goals.

This onsite role in Maplewood, MN, includes up to 5% domestic travel and relocation support may be provided. The ideal candidate has strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with 7+ years in business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Economics, Operations, or Data Science.
• Minimum 7 years in business operations, consulting, or MDM across private, public, or military sectors.
• Master’s degree preferred and 10+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine strategic priorities.
• Conduct trend and risk analysis.
