Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Master Data Manager to lead the global Master Data Management strategy and governance for a multi-site manufacturing organization. You will standardize data across Product, Material, Customer, Vendor, BOM, Routing, and Manufacturing Master Data while collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT teams.

The role requires 12+ years in data management and 5+ years leading enterprise MDM or data governance programs,

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience working as a Master Data Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in Data Management, ERP Governance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• 5+ years leading enterprise Master Data or Data Governance programs.
• Experience building MDM frameworks from the ground up within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in Data Governance, Data Quality, Product & Material Master Data, BOMs, and Manufacturing Data Structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide MDM and Data Governance strategies.
• Lead governance for Product, Material, BOM, Routing, Customer, and Vendor Master Data.
• Establish data ownership, stewardship, standards, policies, and workflows.
• Drive data quality, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with IT to integrate data across ERP, MES, PLM, CRM, BI, and Analytics platforms.
• Support ERP transformation, data migration, cleansing, and harmonization projects.
• Lead global cross-functional stakeholder engagement and governance councils.
