Job summary

NewGen Technologies is seeking an MDM Solution Engineer Technical Specialist (MDM SE) to modernize and implement Master Data Management SE technology. The role involves installation, configuration, upgrades, migrations, and development/design work on MDM SE (Master Data Service historically).

You will provide deep technical expertise, analyze the MDM environment, and identify opportunities for improvement, working closely with teams to transition from pre-production to production while sharing

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on IBM MDM administration and configuration experience.
• Proficient in SQL and performance analysis for MDM environments.
• Knowledge of MDM workflows, matching algorithms, and survivorship rules.
• Experience with ETL and data integration tools.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Modernize, implement, install, configure, upgrade, migrate, develop or design MDM SE technology.
• Support transitions from pre-production to production environments and share knowledge for self-sufficiency.
• Perform detailed analysis of the MDM environment and identify improvement opportunities.
