Job summary

Capgemini seeks an experienced Solution Architect for Syndigo MDM to lead the design and governance of enterprise MDM platforms across Customer, Vendor, Item, and Location domains.

You will drive real-time and batch integrations on GCP, define data quality frameworks, and ensure alignment with governance, security, and lifecycle processes. A strong track record in MDM and cloud architecture is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in Solution/Data/MDM Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Syndigo MDM or Riversand MDM and other enterprise MDM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of MDM concepts, governance, and implementation.
• Experience managing enterprise master data domains: Customer, Product/Item, Location.
• GCP skills: Pub/Sub, Dataflow, BigQuery, IAM.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Syndigo MDM architecture across domains.
• Define real-time and batch integration strategies using GCP services.
• Architect data quality, cleansing, validation, enrichment, monitoring via Dataflow/BigQuery.
• Define canonical data models, hierarchies, survivorship rules for master data.
• Ensure governance, stewardship, compliance, lifecycle management.
• Define security standards, RBAC, encryption with GCP IAM.
• Drive scalability, performance, availability of MDM platform.
• Provide architectural direction to delivery teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business alignment.
• Produce architecture diagrams, blueprints, technical specs.
• Support MDM strategy, roadmap, modernization, ERP/CRM integration.
