We are seeking an experienced MDM Consultant to design and establish a centralized Material Master data model in Syndigo, aligned with existing Finished Goods configurations in SAP (S/4HANA & ECC). This role focuses on building a governed, scalable, and business-aligned master data foundation to support operational efficiency, reporting, and digital product data requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze SAP Finished Goods Material Master data, including all relevant views and dependencies.
• Design the target Material Master data model in Syndigo, including attributes, hierarchy, taxonomy, and classification.
• Define field mapping and transformation logic between SAP and Syndigo.
• Develop business rules, derivations, and data standardization approaches.
• Provide high-level integration design inputs, including interface architecture and data flows.
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in the current state.
• Lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and drive design decisions with stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data models with business requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience in SAP and Master Data Management.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience focused on SAP Material Master (Finished Goods – FERT).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience integrating SAP with MDM/PIM tools (preferably Syndigo).
• Strong understanding of SAP modules including SD, MM, PP, and FI/CO.
• Expertise in data modeling, data governance, and master data design.
• Experience in defining data mapping, transformation rules, and standardization practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Syndigo or similar MDM/PIM platforms.
• Experience in enterprise data governance frameworks and large-scale data transformation initiatives.
