Job summary

The Themesoft Inc. team seeks an experienced Solutions Architect to lead Syndigo MDM initiatives, shaping the enterprise MDM architecture across Customer, Vendor, Product/Item, and Location domains.

The role requires strong governance, data quality, and data stewardship capabilities within a hybrid Dallas/Temple Texas setting. You will drive architecture deliverables, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust data integration with ERP/CRM and downstream systems, leveraging

Qualifications

• Extensive IT experience with 5+ years in Solution/Data/MDM Architecture.
• Hands-on Syndigo MDM / Riversand MDM experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in MDM architecture, data governance, data quality, survivorship, and stewardship.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, Logistics, and downstream systems is a plus.
• Experience creating solution architectures, design documents, and architecture diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise MDM architecture across Customer, Vendor, Product/Item & Location domains.
• Develop architecture diagrams and design documents to guide implementations.

Job Title: Solutions Architect - Syndigo MDM - GCP.

Location: Dallas TX or Temple TX.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-time Role.

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect – Syndigo MDM to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible to lead enterprise MDM architecture across Customer, Vendor, Product/Item & Location domains.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Solution/Data/MDM Architecture
• Hands-on Syndigo MDM / Riversand MDM experience preferred
• Strong expertise in MDM architecture, data governance, data quality, survivorship, and stewardship
• Experience with Informatica MDM, Stibo, or SAP MDG is a plus
• Strong GCP experience, especially Pub/Sub, Dataflow, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and IAM
• Experience with API-based and event-driven integrations
• MDM integration experience with ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, Logistics, and downstream systems
• Strong understanding of data cleansing, enrichment, validation, and monitoring
• Experience creating solution architectures, design documents, and architecture diagrams
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills

Preferred:

• Retail / CPG / Logistics / Supply Chain / Distribution experience
• GCP or Syndigo certification
• Experience leading onshore/offshore teams

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Management, or related technical field required.
