Job summary

Capgemini seeks an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and governance of enterprise MDM solutions, prioritizing Syndigo MDM (or comparable platforms) and leveraging Google Cloud Platform. The role covers Customer, Vendor, Item, and Location domains to ensure data quality, governance, and scalable integration.

The architect will drive end-to-end MDM architecture, real-time and batch data flows using Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and BigQuery, while aligning security, survivorship rules, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• Experience with Enterprise MDM platforms and data governance is essential.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Syndigo MDM architecture across Customer, Vendor, Item, and Location domains.
• Define real-time and batch integration strategies using GCP services.
• Architect data quality, cleansing, validation, and enrichment frameworks.
• Define canonical data models, hierarchies, and survivorship rules.
• Ensure security, governance, and lifecycle management across platforms.
• Provide architectural leadership to delivery teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business and data strategy.
• Produce architecture diagrams and solution designs.
• Support MDM roadmap and integration with ERP/CRM/Supply Chain.
