Global Payments Inc. is seeking an experienced MDM (Reltio) Solution Engineer to join our Data & AI team. You will help build a scalable master data foundation to power decision making, risk and compliance, and operational excellence across the organization.

You will design and implement MDM solutions, drive data quality and identity resolution, and enable enterprise connectivity through robust data pipelines and integrations with analytics platforms.

In this role, you will build the trusted data foundation that powers critical business decisions across Global Payments, enabling accurate customer and merchant insights, stronger risk and compliance outcomes, and more effective business operations. You will play a key role in creating scalable Master Data Management capabilities that establish a single source of truth across the enterprise, driving innovation, improving data quality, and helping teams make faster, smarter decisions. As part of a highly collaborative and forward-thinking team, you will influence enterprise-wide data strategy, support modernization efforts, and contribute directly to Global Payments’ mission of delivering exceptional solutions that power commerce around the world.

What you’ll own

• Build and evolve enterprise Master Data Management capabilities that create trusted customer and merchant golden records, enabling better business decisions, improved operational efficiency, and stronger enterprise-wide data consistency.
• Drive data quality and identity resolution outcomes by implementing matching, survivorship, validation, and enrichment strategies that increase confidence in critical business data and reduce downstream risk.
• Enable enterprise connectivity and scalability by delivering robust integrations and data pipelines that seamlessly connect business systems, analytics platforms, and operational processes to trusted master data.
• Influence the future of data-driven decision making by establishing reliable data foundations that support analytics, reporting, compliance, and business growth initiatives across the organization.
• Champion continuous improvement and platform excellence by optimizing MDM performance, resolving complex data challenges, and delivering measurable improvements in data accuracy, governance, and operational effectiveness.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience delivering enterprise Master Data Management solutions, including data quality, match and merge processes, survivorship rules, stewardship workflows, and golden record management.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, data integration, and application programming interface (API) development, with the ability to design scalable solutions that support complex business requirements.
• Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) and experience working with modern cloud data platforms to analyze, validate, and improve enterprise data assets.
• Demonstrated success translating business needs into technical solutions while collaborating effectively with architects, product owners, data governance teams, and business stakeholders.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance technical depth and strategic thinking, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver measurable business value.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience with Reltio Master Data Management platform certifications, implementations, or large-scale modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of payments, financial services, merchant data, Know Your Customer (KYC), or Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.
• Experience leveraging cloud-native data ecosystems, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), or modern data architecture to improve data quality and governance outcomes.
