Our worldwide team helps over 3 million companies, more than 1,300 financial institutions and over 600 million cardholders grow with confidence and achieve amazing results. We are driven by our passion for success and we are proud to deliver best-in-class payment technology and software solutions. Join our dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow. Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager (MDM) to join our ever-evolving Data & AI team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you will play a critical part in transforming Master Data Management (MDM) strategy into enterprise-wide outcomes that power analytics, reporting, risk management, compliance, and business operations. You will drive the delivery, adoption, and operationalization of trusted customer and merchant master data capabilities, enabling smarter decisions, stronger business performance, and scalable growth across Global Payments. Working closely with architects, engineers, data modelers, governance teams, business stewards, and stakeholders across the enterprise, you will own product execution from roadmap planning through delivery and adoption. You will translate business priorities into scalable technical solutions, guide delivery teams, drive alignment across organizations, and ensure master data capabilities are embedded into the business processes and systems that depend on trusted data.

What you'll own

Drive delivery and adoption of the Master Data Management roadmap, defining priorities, sequencing releases, and executing against strategic objectives that improve trusted customer and merchant data across the enterprise. Own and manage the product backlog, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint commitments, dependencies, trade-offs, and release planning activities. Translate business, data, and stakeholder requirements into technical requirements and delivery plans, including data specifications, data contracts, integration requirements, and measurable outcomes. Lead the operationalization and adoption of master data capabilities by integrating trusted master data into business workflows, onboarding processes, CRM platforms, analytics solutions, and enterprise applications through approaches such as search-before-create, publish/subscribe, and golden-record consumption patterns. Partner with architects, engineers, data modelers, and business stewards to ensure scalable MDM solutions align with enterprise architecture, governance standards, and business objectives. Champion enterprise data quality, stewardship, and governance outcomes by connecting data quality rules, stewardship processes, governance requirements, and scorecard metrics to business value and adoption goals. Define and monitor key performance indicators such as data quality, duplicate reduction, match confidence, adoption, cycle time, and operational efficiency to demonstrate business value and delivery success. Lead Agile delivery execution through backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, release management, and continuous improvement practices while maintaining accountability for delivery outcomes. Drive stakeholder communication and alignment across product, business, onboarding, CRM, architecture, governance, analytics, and engineering teams through demos, roadmap updates, release communications, and executive readouts. Support testing, release readiness, and adoption activities including UAT, SIT, training, documentation, knowledge transfer, and business enablement. Provide technical product leadership and mentorship by promoting delivery best practices, coaching teams, and helping mature enterprise product management capabilities.

What you’ll bring

8+ years of experience in technical product management, product ownership, Master Data Management, or enterprise data delivery, with proven ownership of technical roadmaps, backlogs, and execution outcomes. Deep understanding of Master Data Management concepts including golden records, entity resolution, survivorship, hierarchies, crosswalks, data quality, stewardship, and reference data management. Strong ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions, product requirements, data specifications, integration requirements, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes. Proven experience managing Agile delivery practices, including product backlogs, sprint execution, acceptance criteria, dependency management, release planning, and stakeholder prioritization. Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns including APIs, REST services, event-driven architecture, streaming concepts, and integration with CRM, ERP, onboarding, analytics, and cloud data platforms. Working knowledge of SQL, data profiling, data validation, matching logic, and data quality processes that support trusted enterprise data. Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with the ability to build alignment across technical and business audiences. Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, data governance teams, stewards, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise data solutions. Ability to understand how master data supports enterprise operations, analytics, customer experience, onboarding, risk management, regulatory compliance and AI-driven business initiatives. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with focus on execution, adoption, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement.

Bonus & Additional Skills
