Job summary

EY is seeking a Functional Architect to lead Oracle Utilities MDM engagements and deliver working solutions for C2M/CCS products. You will mentor teams, engage with executive stakeholders, and drive practice development for Power & Utilities clients, while promoting an inclusive culture and high performance.

You’ll work across functional, interface, and data-conversion streams, shaping design, workshops, and delivery with clients and EY teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Deep understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• 5–10+ years of Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Proven ability to collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and change management skills.
• Proficient IT and business consulting knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead orchestration of MDM Oracle Utility solutions meeting business requirements.
• Identify and document business needs and opportunities with clients.
• Plan, facilitate and manage workshops and design sessions.
• Design and configure application software.
• Analyze requirements and define solution parameters.
• Lead design workshops and manage functional scope.
• Coordinate data conversion, interfaces, and RICE objects.
