Job summary

Methodist Health System in Dallas is seeking a PC Maintenance Tech Maintains to provide day-to-day technical support for end-user devices, with a primary focus on Mobile Device Management across campuses and clinics.

You will collaborate with an IS team and hospital staff to ensure hardware reliability, handle installations, configurations, and troubleshooting, and maintain documentation in SharePoint and ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent preferred.
• Equivalent experience in a Client/Server environment acceptable.
• Certifications: CompTIA-A+, CompTIA-Network, MCP, CCNA.
• Minimum 2 years in a Client/Server environment; healthcare IS preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English with technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new tech and recommend hardware/software standardization.
• Round with departments and document via SharePoint and ticketing systems.
• Deliver IS projects on time, ensuring proper client/server deployment.
• Keep systems highly available to minimize downtime.
• Maintain testing/deployment procedures for mobile devices and PCs with change control and security.
• Document IS Operations consistently.
• Prioritize customer service, collaboration, and teamwork in IS Operations.
