Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6–8+ years in data stewardship, governance, or MDM roles.
• Familiar with governance policies, data lifecycle, regulatory needs for customer data.

Responsibilities

• Verify customer data entities for accuracy and consistency.
• Oversee data-matching workflows and approve matches when needed.
• Review names and addresses to confirm entity identity.
• Document decisions for traceability and auditability.
• Suggest improvements to automated matching logic and data quality.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and compliance stakeholders.
