Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an experienced MDM Data Steward to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of customer master data. You will oversee entity verification, data-matching workflows, and adherence to governance standards across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with business, IT, and compliance stakeholders to validate records, establish data definitions, and support end-to-end data lifecycle management, while driving continuous improvement of MDM tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 6–8+ years in data stewardship, governance, or master data management.
• Experience with data governance policies, lifecycle management, and regulatory requirements affecting Customer data.
• Proven ability to validate entities, perform data-matching reviews, and maintain data lineage.

Responsibilities

• Verify Customer data entities and oversee automated data-matching workflows.
• Manage and improve data quality, monitor data issues, and implement remediation plans.
• Define data standards, definitions, and business rules for Customer data elements.
