Job summary

COOLSOFT is seeking an Analyst to support MPI and MIDSP within the Michigan MDHHS framework. The role focuses on maintaining Master Person Index, data stewardship portals, and related Symmetry applications, driving data integrity and process automation.

The candidate will lead requirements, collaborate with DBAs, and align with infrastructure teams. Hybrid work with on-site Mondays and Tuesdays is required, with a 10-month contract starting 11/30/2026 and ending 09/30/2027.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience supporting enterprise-scale systems.
• Hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM v14.x Standard Edition (Virtual MDM).
• Experience working with Linux operating systems and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Write high level functional requirement documents.
• Work in Linux Operating Systems.
• Develop scripts in PowerShell.
• Work in Git and GitHub for repositories.
• Work closely with Database Administrators to develop and execute SQL scripts.
• Create monthly reports for MDM applications.
• Work with client for task and ticket resolutions in MPI and MIDSP.
• Work on creating and deploying certificates on Windows and Linux systems.
• Work closely with Infrastructure teams for maintenance and issue resolution.
• Execute SDLC including gathering requirements and writing specs.
