Job summary

Senior IBM MDM/Integration Developer position in Lansing, MI for the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS). The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing IBM InfoSphere MDM/Integration solutions, working with Kafka and WildFly in Linux environments, and driving SDLC activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience for enterprise-scale systems.
• 1) Strong hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM v14.x Standard Edition and related data models.
• 2) Proficient in Apache Kafka with topic/configuration, producers/consumers, and Zookeeper/Kafka KRaft concepts.
• 3) Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• 4) Experience with WildFly application servers and deployment workflows.
• 5) Proficient in SQL across Oracle and MS SQL Server; strong troubleshooting skills.
• 6) Linux/Unix command-line proficiency and Bash scripting for automation.
• 7) Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise MDM/Integration solutions across Linux and Windows environments.
• Collaborate with DBAs to create and execute SQL scripts and data integration tasks.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure teams for deployment and issue resolution.
• Prepare functional/technical specs and contribute to SDLC activities.
• Support UAT, test plans, and defect tracking for large-scale apps.
