Job summary

Michigan Department of Health & Human Services in Lansing, MI seeks a Senior IBM Master Data Management (MDM)/Integration Developer. You will maintain and enhance MDM/Integration applications, ensuring data integrity and streamlined processes across systems.

The role requires 8+ years of enterprise development, IBM InfoSphere MDM expertise, Kafka, and CI/CD skills. Hybrid work with on-site Mondays-Tuesdays and collaboration with DBAs and infra teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience for enterprise-scale systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM v14.x Standard Edition.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka including configuration and development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Experience with WildFly application server deployments and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP services, and SQL.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for MDM/Integration applications.
• Collaborate with DBAs to develop and execute SQL scripts.
• Participate in SDLC activities: requirements gathering, design, development, and testing.
• Create and maintain test plans, UAT support, and issue tracking.
• Work with infrastructure teams on deployment, certificates, and monitoring.
