Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, Data Governance, Data Analysis, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in consulting, SAP techno-functional support, and/or corporate financial systems roles focusing on SAP Master Data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical champion for transformation within ERP MDM, driving innovation and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Support end-to-end processes and global transformation initiatives for MDM, aligning with business objectives and audit requirements.
• Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, providing relevant information to support leadership decision-making.
• Define comprehensive end-to-end technical process requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for the processes within MDM.
• Oversee process governance within MDM, ensuring effective transformation management and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement across processes and systems leveraging automation, workflows, and AI.
• Support the roll-out and adoption of implemented initiatives, ensuring smooth integration and buy-in from all relevant parties.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Use statistical tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) to analyze data.
