Job summary

Zensar Technologies in the United States (Hybrid) is seeking an experienced MDM Business Analyst to lead requirements, data governance and stewardship for Customer, Account and Salesforce data domains. The role blends on-site collaboration with offshore teams and demands strong hands-on BA skills in MDM and data quality.

You will run discovery workshops, define golden records, map source-to-target data, support UAT and go-live, and work with stakeholders to ensure clean, trusted master data

Qualifications

• 8+ years of BA experience on MDM programs, defining golden records, match/merge and survivorship rules.
• Hands-on data stewardship workflows, steward roles, SLAs and governance policies.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model and common data quality challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Define golden record attributes, data ownership and source-to-target mappings.
• Prepare data dictionaries and business glossary entries.
• Manage requirements traceability and changes through change control.
• Coordinate with offshore MDM/CDI/QA teams to ensure alignment.
• Support UAT planning, go-live activities and post-go-live stabilization.
