Job summary

Vistar, a leading distributor, is seeking an Analyst, Master Data Management (MDM) to support data integrity across customer, supplier, and item domains in the Denver area. You will partner with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, IT, and Pricing to drive data quality and reporting initiatives.

You will analyze data trends, validate master data, and help implement improvements that scale with growth. Hybrid work options are available and you’ll play a key role in data governance and process

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in master data management, analytics, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation ability.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, formulas).
• Experience gathering, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute reporting and analyses for enterprise master data.
• Analyze customer, supplier, item, and other data to identify trends and risks.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Support reporting needs with standard and ad-hoc deliverables.
• Monitor data quality issues and collaborate to resolve root causes.
• Gather and reconcile data from multiple systems for accuracy.
• Suggest improvements to master data processes and governance.
