Job summary

US Foods is seeking an MDM Analyst to ensure accuracy and governance of master data across items, vendors, pricing, locations, and customers. The role supports merchandising, supply chain, store operations, marketing, e-commerce, and finance in a fast-paced food retail environment.

Hybrid position with three onsite days per week, eligible to sit in West Linn, OR or Chicago/Rosemont, IL. Collaboration with IT, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams is essential to drive data

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in master data, data governance, or retail data operations.
• Experience supporting item and vendor data in a retail or consumer goods environment.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, validate, and maintain master data for items (SKUs), vendors, stores, pricing, promotions, and hierarchies.
• Maintain vendor and item relationships to support procurement, replenishment, and invoicing.
• Enforce data governance standards, naming conventions, and business rules.
• Perform data quality checks to identify and resolve inaccuracies, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
