Job summary

Vistar, a leading candy, snack, and beverage distributor, seeks an Analyst, Master Data Management (MDM) in the Denver metro area. You will ensure data accuracy across customer, supplier, and item domains and partner with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, IT, Pricing, and other teams to drive reporting and data quality initiatives.

Responsibilities include building reports, identifying trends, and implementing automation to improve data governance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in master data management, business analytics, reporting, operations, or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and draw sound business conclusions.
• Experience with reporting and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute reporting and analyses that support enterprise master data initiatives.
• Analyze customer, supplier, item, and other master data to identify trends, discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using reporting, workflow, and analytics tools to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Support reporting needs through standard and ad-hoc reporting and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Monitor and investigate data quality issues and partner with stakeholders to identify root causes and support resolution.
