Job summary

WWE is seeking a hands-on MDM Analyst to join the Data Governance team in Connecticut. This role supports the implementation of the MDM strategy, working with data stewards, business stakeholders, and technology teams to improve master data quality and metadata management.

You will document master data requirements, maintain the data catalog, and produce governance metrics for senior leadership, while coordinating program trackers and governance materials across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in data, analytical, or administrative support roles with data exposure.
• Degree in information systems, data, analytics, or related field, or equivalent.
• Strong data concepts, metadata, data lifecycle management, and governance knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel/Word/PowerPoint; SQL knowledge for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform data profiling and data quality analysis across master data domains.
• Define and document master data requirements, business rules, and validation criteria.
• Identify authoritative data sources and document how master data is managed and consumed.
• Track data quality issues from identification to remediation and closure.
• Document MDM details in the data catalog (Atlan) and manage access.
• Produce recurring MDM reporting and present metrics to senior management.
