Job summary

InvaGen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Fall River, MA, is seeking a Manufacturing Technical Associate - MDI for 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) to support respiratory metered dose inhaler production.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and 7+ years of regulated manufacturing experience. You will operate and troubleshoot MDI equipment, perform setup and changeovers, and ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and batch records while maintaining safety standards and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related scientific or technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, adjust, monitor and troubleshoot MDI manufacturing and packaging equipment, including filling, crimping, propellant charging, leak testing, inspection, and packaging systems.
• Perform routine manufacturing activities while achieving established production, quality, and safety requirements.
• Perform equipment setup, startup, changeovers, line clearances, disassembly, reassembly, and cleaning activities in accordance with approved procedures.
• Troubleshoot routine mechanical, pneumatic, equipment, and process-related issues using established procedures to minimize downtime.
• Assist with equipment qualification, validation, and commissioning activities as directed by management, Engineering, Validation, or Quality personnel.
