Job summary

Cipla is seeking a Manufacturing Operator I - MDI for the 3rd shift in Fall River, MA, to support production of metered dose inhalation products. The role requires adherence to cGMP, proper batch execution, and collaboration with QA, engineering and packaging teams.

Responsibilities include material dispensing, batch planning, equipment operation, and routine calibration while maintaining safe work practices and 100% SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of manufacturing experience with MDI or aerosol products.
• Proficient in the English language to understand work instructions and document results.
• Knowledge of fundamental cGMP and regulatory requirements in a pharmaceutical environment is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical machinery and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Dispensing raw materials and primary packing materials as per work order.
• Ensure proper planning and execution of batches.
• Monitor and document production materials and lines daily.
• Operate equipment and perform maintenance as required.
• Calibrate/verify instruments and weighing balances as scheduled.
• Maintain 100% cGMP and SOP compliance during operation hours.
