Job summary

Sunayu LLC is seeking a Senior Tech SIGINT Analyst SME 3-TS/SCI with Polygraph for a Maryland-based contractor site in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will work with software development and systems engineering teams to provide SIGINT analysis and SME support, refining requirements and advising on application design.

The role demands extensive experience with ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT, and familiarity with legacy TechSIGINT applications.

Qualifications

• Shall have at least 15 years of TechSIGINT analysis experience in ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, or Computer Science fields may be substituted for four years of experience.
• Experience in capture and refinement of system requirements to align stakeholder needs with development priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide signals analysis and SME input to refine, design, test, and feedback on applications for mission support.
• Refine requirements and provide input on application design with Software Developers and Systems Engineers.
• Train users and develop training materials; lead outreach to grow the product user community.

Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph The SIGA-3 will work closely with the software development, systems engineering, and test team to provide signals analysis and subject matter expertise as the team refines and builds applications to enable mission. Experience with ELINT, EWIRDB, and RTM are desired. The candidate should have experience with various enterprise tools. Day to day activities include working with Software Developers and Systems Engineers to refine requirements, provide insight in application design, test developed applications and provide feedback, and work with other SMEs.

Position Requirements

• Shall have experience in the capture and refinement of system requirements to promote a strong alignment of stakeholder needs with development priorities.
• Shall have experience performing user and group training as well as assisting in the development of training materials.
• Shall have experience leading outreach activities to grow the product user community.
• Shall have experience in the development and execution of requirernents, test plans and training to ensure the delivery of high-quality software to the user community.
• Shall have experience with legacy TechSIGINT applications such as MARTES, CATS, DEL, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, and/or ESP.

Pay Rate
