Job summary

Jovian Concepts, LLC is seeking a Sr. TechSIGINT Analyst SME Level 3 to support operations in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. A current TS/SCI with MD Polygraph is required to be considered.

The role involves applying deep technical knowledge of signals to evaluate processing, collection, and retention of signals, and to guide compliant TECSIGINT operations, ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT activities.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance with MD polygraph required.
• 10 years relevant experience with an Associate's, 8 years with a Bachelor’s, or 6 years with a Master’s.
• Degree in Engineering, Math, CS, or Physical Science; military ELINT training may qualify.
• Experience in signals analysis (COMINT/ELINT/FISINT/PROFORMA) or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Capture and refine system requirements to align stakeholder needs with development.
• Perform user and group training, and develop training materials.
• Participate in outreach to grow the product user community.
• Develop and execute requirements, test plans, and training for compliance of TechSIGINT apps.
• Complete tasks using legacy TechSIGINT applications.
• Independently complete assignments with minimal supervision.
• Communicate information clearly, concisely and professionally.
• Exercise independent judgment in methods and practices.

Job Description

Jovian Concepts, LLC is looking to hire aSr. TechSIGINT Analyst SME Level 3 for a great opportunity in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.

A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph is required to be considered.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

Levy deep technical understanding of signal characteristics to determine compliance during processing, collection, and retention of signals. Leverage compliant practices on how signal parameters are identified and defined, and in how signal behavior is captured within the RF and digital domains. Understand compliance implications in TecbSIGINT operations and follow-on analytic activities in either ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT.

The Level 3 Sr. TechSIGINT Analyst SME shall possess the following capabilities:

• Capture and refine system requirements to promote a strong alignment of stakeholder needs with development activities.
• Perform user and group training, and provide services in the development of training materials.
• Participate in outreach activities to grow the product user community.
• Provide services in the development and execution of requirements, test plans, and training to ensure compliance of TechSIGINT applications.
• Complete tasks using legacy TechSIGINT applications.
• Independently complete assignments with minimal day-to-day instruction or supervision.
• Communicate information and ideas clearly, concisely and professionally.
• Exercise independent judgment in selecting and applying appropriate work methods, procedures, techniques, and practices in accomplishing duties.
• Train new team members.
• Complete non-routine and complex assignments.
• Build and utilize collaborative networks with key contacts within and outside of the organization to complete tasks.
• Explain technical, procedural, specialized, and legal information to non-experts.
  

Requirements

• A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph is required to be considered.
  
• Ten (10) years of relevant experience and an Associate's degree, or eight (8) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or six (6) years of relevant experience and a Master's Degree. Two (2) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for an Associate's degree for a total of 12 years.
  
• Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field. A broader range of degrees will be considered for those who have completed a relevant military training program for example, 9141 (Navy Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst), 1N2A (Air Force Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst), 451/461 (Intermediate Signals Analysis), 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis), or Military Signals Analysis Program (MSAP).
  
• Relevant experience must be in one or more of the following: signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT or PROFORMA), or design and engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems.
