Constellation Technologies is seeking a highly qualified SIGINT specialist for a federal contract role in the Maryland area. Candidates must hold TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph and possess extensive experience across a range of signals intelligence domains including COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university.
• Experience developing and executing signals analysis, including requirements, test plans, and training for high-quality software delivery.
• Experience with enterprise tools and collaborating with Software Developers and Systems Engineers to refine requirements and test applications.
• Experience on at least one legacy TechSIGINT application from the listed set.

TechSIGINT, SEDB, THRESHER, WIRESHARK, ELINT, PROFORMA, MCSAP, MESAP, EWIRDB, and RTM

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

Required:

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph (Polygraph should be in the last five (05) years).
• Fifteen (15) years of direct/relevant TechSIGINT experience in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering or aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, or Computer Science fields or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Shall have experience in the development and execution of signals analysis; requirements, test plans and training to ensure the delivery of high-quality software to the user community.
• Experience with various enterprise tools. Day-to-day activities include working with Software Developers and Systems Engineers to refine requirements, provide insight in application design, test developed applications and provide feedback, and work with other SMEs.
• Must have experience on a minimum of one (01) of the following legacy TechSIGINT applications: MARTES/FIS-MARTES, CATS, DEL, WEBENGRAFT, FISNET, FISMARKEТ, TEBAG, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, or ESP.

$170,000 - $215,000 a year

The pay range for this job, with multi-levels, is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
