Job summary

Caron Treatment Centers invites a results-driven Business Development Officer to drive regional sales within Maryland. You will partner with the VP of Business Development to craft strategies, build referent relationships, and expand program referrals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in healthcare sales, strong relationship skills, and knowledge of the 12-step program. Flexibility to work remotely from a home office is required and travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with three years of healthcare or service sales experience.
• Proven relationship management and prospecting skills in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of the 12-step program and ability to navigate industry players.

Responsibilities

• Support regional revenue goals with the VP of Business Development and regional team.
• Develop and implement targeted regional sales strategies and referent relationships.
• Maintain documentation in Salesforce and prepare required reports.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face appointments with referents and leadership.
• Represent Caron professionally at civic and professional events.
• Collaborate with Alumni, SAP, and clinical staff to promote programs and plan large events.
• Identify fundraising candidates and coordinate with the Development Department.
• Assist clinical teams in locating facilities and ensuring timely continuing care requests.
