Thesis Care, based in NYC, is seeking a Clinical Partnerships Lead to guide customers from initial talks through post go-live. You’ll shape solution design, partnership strategy, and executive discussions, while informing clinical product development with market insights.

The role demands an MD or DO, 3+ years post-training with client-facing healthtech experience, and a strong track record managing executive stakeholders in clinical environments. Hybrid work ~3 days in-office in NYC.

Qualifications

• MD or DO medical degree required.
• 3+ total years post-training experience with 2+ years in client-facing roles in healthtech or startups.
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders and managing complex deployments.

Responsibilities

• Convey Thesis’s AI platform to the market and educate customers on clinical value.
• Lead consultative sales cycles with provider organizations.
• Build executive relationships to foster trust and drive adoption.
• Drive post-go-live success and expansion with stakeholders.
• Feed customer insights back into product and prioritize new features.
• Own product scope for new partnerships and translate needs into configurations.
