Job summary

Thesis Care, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Partnerships Lead to guide health system customers from initial conversations to go-live and beyond.

You will design solutions, shape partnerships, create clinical content, and engage senior leaders to ensure adoption and value realization. You will collaborate with sales, deployment, and product teams to translate client needs into scalable configurations, build trust, and influence product direction while operating in a hybrid NYC environment with

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• 3+ years post-training with 2+ years in client-facing roles.
• Experience at early startups or high-growth healthtech units.
• Proven track record with complex deployments and executive stakeholders.
• Clinical credibility to guide product positioning.
• Based in NYC with a hybrid in-office schedule (~3 days/wk).

Responsibilities

• Convey Thesis's AI platform to the market and articulate clinical value.
• Lead consultative sales cycles with provider organizations and shape solutions.
• Build and nurture executive relationships across C-suite and leaders.
• Drive post-go-live success, measure outcomes, and expand use cases.
• Feed customer insights back to engineering and product for prioritization.
• Own product scope for new partnerships with sales to define configurations.
