JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Managing Director to lead the Emerging Middle Market Coverage Investment Banking team in New Orleans. You will drive strategic client engagement and deliver JPMorgan Chase’s full suite of IB products including M&A, Equity, and Debt advisory for sponsors and strategic clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of fifteen years of senior investment banking experience in Emerging Middle Market strategics and sponsors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with concise argumentation.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute M&A, Equity, and Debt transactions for sponsors and strategic clients in the Emerging Middle Market.
• Collaborate with industry and product bankers to deliver integrated financial solutions.
• Demonstrate sector expertise in Industrial, Retail & Consumer and/or Business Services.
• Manage and coordinate client requests, deal execution, and liaise with internal and external advisors.
• Provide timely market intelligence and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Represent JPMorgan Chase at events to identify new business opportunities and pitches.
• Lead and participate in client meetings with internal partners.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to team members.
