Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems integration or leadership.
• Expert knowledge of MCTIMS modules and workflows.
• Active security clearance required.
• Willing to travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional leadership and coordination for personnel supporting MCTIMS operations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on MCTIMS modules, system functionality, and workflows.
• Coordinate team activities, monitor workload distribution, and support timely issue resolution.
• Oversee MCTIMS trouble-ticket management and monitor resolution timelines.
• Troubleshoot complex MCTIMS user issues with advanced system knowledge.
• Monitor SOPs, QA requirements, and performance standards.
• Provide technical and functional guidance; help improve workflows and support practices.
• Develop and deliver MCTIMS training to system users and instruct on functionality and orders.
• Support training materials and user guidance.
