Job summary

C4 Planning Solutions, LLC is seeking a MCTIMS System Integrator (Team Lead) to lead and coordinate a dedicated MCTIMS support team in Jacksonville, NC. The role requires active security clearance and CompTIA Security+ certification, with travel up to 25% to Government Customer sites.

The successful candidate will possess expert MCTIMS proficiency, provide technical and functional guidance, and ensure timely issue resolution while maintaining SOPs and performance standards in a 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in technical operations.
• Expert-level knowledge of MCTIMS modules and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional leadership and coordination for personnel supporting MCTIMS operations.
• Coordinate team activities, monitor workload, and support timely resolution of user-reported issues.
• Oversee MCTIMS trouble-ticket management and ensure SLA adherence.
• Develop and deliver MCTIMS training to system users and train on related processes.
