Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional integration and engineering teams across multiple platforms.
• Translate client requirements into detailed system designs and integration specs.
• Develop and maintain integration schedules, migration plans, and roadmaps.
• Brief and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
• Support ISR/C4ISR programs with strategic planning and execution oversight.
• Mentor and manage engineers and specialist staff to meet objectives.
