Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal, career, and graduate school advising to program participants.
• Co-design the summer and academic year seminar curriculum with the program director.
• Identify faculty mentors and ensure they are trained on program expectations.
• Support participants with graduate school search and application processes.
• Track academic progress and report to the Program Director with recommendations.
• Hire and supervise student workers and oversee the administrative staff.
• Plan travel for conferences and graduate school visits and coordinate related logistics.
