Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of related experience in programming and/or administrative work.
• At least one year working in a higher education environment.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced, customer service‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for students regarding the McNair Scholars Program.
• Coordinate program goals and activities with McNair staff.
• Maintain resources for students through the McNair Scholars Program.

Skills

Master's degree in a related field

Experience with first-generation or low-income students

Excellent communication skills

Computer competency, especially in Microsoft Office
