Job summary

Gannon University seeks a McNair Scholars Graduate Student to join the Dean's Office; MCHPS in Erie, PA. The role supports the Ronald E. McNair Postbaccalaureate Achievement Program through mentoring, workshops, recruitment, and program operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating events, engaging with campus and external partners, maintaining scholar records, and communicating progress and opportunities. Travel may be required as part of outreach and program activities.

• Maintain accurate student records and track scholar participation and services.
• Coordinate communication with faculty, university departments, and external organizations to support the program.
• Provide administrative and operational support for program initiatives.
