Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience in education or counseling with supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work with low-income, first-generation college students.

Responsibilities

• Recruit eligible students and Faculty Liaisons for the Ronald McNair Scholars program.
• Attend monthly STEM Chairs meetings to identify research opportunities.
• Coordinate all tutorial and Supplemental Instruction training.
• Develop and implement targeted academic interventions.
• Monitor academic progress and make referrals as needed.
• Collaborate with the Program Director for performance reporting.
