Framingham Public Schools is seeking a Coordinator of McKinney-Vento Clinical Care Services to provide essential case management, crisis intervention, and resource coordination for students experiencing homelessness within the district.

Reporting to the Director of Health and Wellness, the role builds partnerships with shelters, state agencies, and healthcare networks to remove enrollment barriers and support regular attendance and academic success.

Formación

• MSW or related field required; licensure preferred.
• Experience with displaced families, youth in crisis, or unhoused populations.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide essential case management and clinical crisis intervention for students experiencing homelessness.
• Coordinate care networks with housing shelters, state agencies, and healthcare providers.
• Ensure enrollment, regular attendance, and academic success for affected students.
• Collaborate with school-based social workers and district leadership to remove barriers to education.
