University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks a Program Manager for the National MCH Workforce Development and Training Center. The role coordinates day-to-day activities, manages grant-funded programs, and collaborates with UNC faculty, staff, subcontractors and partners to strengthen the maternal and child health workforce.

The position supports operations, quality improvement and communications while working under the leadership team to ensure successful implementation of all activities.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in public health, program management, or a related field
• Demonstrated program management experience coordinating complex tasks, timelines, and stakeholder relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day activities for the National MCH Workforce Development and Training Center
• Provide project coordination and administrative leadership to implement grant-funded activities
• Support center team, stakeholder engagement, program operations and quality improvement
