Job summary

The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a Project Coordinator within the Health Policy and Management (MCH CoE) to support program coordination, communications, and administrative tasks across the MCH program. You will work with trainees, faculty, and community partners to ensure timely execution of activities and reports.

Minimum education: Bachelor's degree; preferred Master’s in public health. The role is full-time, hybrid on-campus and remote, with a 54k–60k salary range and a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in program coordination, project management, or administrative support in academic, research, or nonprofit settings.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programming, manage communications, support trainees and faculty across the MCH CoE.
• Assist with administrative and financial processes, data collection, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Center leadership and community partners to ensure successful implementation of training and research activities.
