The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point is seeking a MCCH Setup Team Lead in a student hourly capacity. This role supports event setup and strike shifts and leads the MCCH Setup Team.

Responsibilities include recruiting and scheduling weekly shifts, assisting with staff evaluations, communicating changes, coordinating training, and meeting with the Assistant Athletic Director - Facilities. Nights and weekends are required to align with UWSP athletic events.

• Meet with the Assistant Athletic Director - Facilities regularly to discuss upcoming events, shifts, training opportunities and other required duties.
• Nights and weekends are required for this position as it aligns with UWSP athletic events.
