Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, cell biology, microbiology, physiology, neuroscience, or closely related field.
• At least 3 years in higher education with advising and recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience supervising and leading a team.
• Experience organizing meetings, conferences, graduations and award ceremonies, or other large events.

Responsibilities

• Lead advising and recruitment programs for undergraduate degree programs.
• Oversee budgeting and supervision of advising office staff.
• Coordinate events such as Convocation, honors ceremonies and alumni events.
• Collaborate with campus units to meet recruitment and retention goals.
• Maintain advising records and communicate with students and families.
