You will lead undergraduate advising, support degree pathways, and help students plan their academic and career trajectories.

The role includes supervising advising staff, coordinating events, and partnering with campus offices to align programs with strategic enrollment goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, cell biology, microbiology, physiology, neuroscience, or closely related field.
• At least 3 years of professional work in higher education including advising and recruitment.
• Experience supervising and leading a team.
• Experience organizing meetings, conferences, graduations and large events.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic input on recruitment and advising program operations and lead undergraduate advising for all degree programs.
• Direct hiring, supervision and evaluation of advising and career counseling personnel.
• Coordinate planning and execution of recruitment, graduation and career development events.
• Develop and brand new recruitment and advising programs in collaboration with campus units.
• Serve as liaison with campus and national advising communities to meet recruitment goals.
• Maintain advising records and ensure timely, accurate advising services.
