Job summary

Kaplan, Inc. in the Boston Metro Area is seeking MCAT prep instructors to teach in-person sessions across regional locations. You will join a team that supports students preparing for medical school through a curated curriculum and collaborative teaching approach.

The role offers paid training, ongoing development, and a flexible, part-time schedule. Travel to multiple locations in the Cambridge/Boston area is required to best serve students.

Qualifications

• MCAT score above 515.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently with a remote manager.
• Passion for helping others achieve their goals.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations across the Boston Metro area.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-person MCAT preparation sessions across regional locations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to tailor MCAT prep and content.
• Prepare future doctors using curriculum to immerse students in MCAT language.
• Support students in and out of class to develop critical thinking across sciences.
• Engage in ongoing world-class training and professional development.
• Maintain a flexible, part-time teaching schedule.
• Coordinate training and class prep remotely from home when appropriate.
