Job summary

Kaplan North America is seeking MCAT prep instructors to join our regional teaching team serving the Baltimore metro area, including Johns Hopkins and the University of Maryland. You will teach in-person sessions, collaborate to tailor content, and mentor students to master the MCAT language.

Paid training is provided, with continual development. This role suits students, gap-year graduates, or graduates pursuing medical school, offering a flexible, part-time schedule and remote collaboration

Qualifications

• Scores above 515 on the MCAT.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently with a remote manager.
• Travel required—locations and dates determined by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-person MCAT preparation sessions across a variety of regional locations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver MCAT prep and other educational content.
• Prepare future doctors using a curated curriculum to immerse students in MCAT language.
• Support students both in and out of class to develop critical thinking across sciences.
• Continue to learn via training and development.
• Enjoy a flexible, part-time teaching schedule.
