Job summary

High Rise Capital in New York is seeking an organized Processor to review new MCA deal submissions for completeness, including bank statements and IDs, and to coordinate with ISOs, brokers, and merchants to collect missing documents.

You will organize files for underwriting, verify business and owner details, prepare contracts, and track e-signatures. The role requires attention to detail, multitasking, and adherence to compliance while hitting daily targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year as a processor in MCA or related finance
• Familiar with MCA deal structures (factor rates, holdbacks, ACH/split funding)
• Ability to read business bank statements
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with MS Office/Google Workspace and e-signature tools
• Nice to have MCA CRM or LMS experience (e.g., Salesforce, Centrex, Pipeline, Fusion CRM)
• Familiarity with UCC filings and fraud-detection practices
• Experience working with ISOs/brokers

Responsibilities

• Review new deal submissions for completeness (applications, bank statements, IDs, voided checks, etc.)
• Communicate with ISOs, brokers, and merchants to collect missing documents and clarify information
• Organize files and prepare them for underwriting review
• Verify merchant and owner information, including business details, ownership, and bank account data
• Prepare, send, and track contracts and e-signatures
• Complete pre-funding checklists and coordinate with the funding team
• Update deal statuses and notes accurately in the CRM/loan management system
• Follow compliance procedures, including document verification and fraud-prevention protocols
• Meet daily and weekly processing targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy
