This high-activity role requires strong communication, persistence, and a solid grasp of MCA collections and UCC filings. The position involves contacting merchants via phone, SMS, and email, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining thorough records

Qualifications

• 1+ years of MCA collections experience required.
• Strong knowledge of MCAs, UCC filings, defaults, and collections.
• Proven ability to cold call delinquent merchants and recover payments.
• Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Able to manage a large portfolio with persistent follow-up.
• Experience using CRM, dialer, or collections software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact merchants by phone, SMS, and email about delinquent MCA payments.
• Make high-volume calls to merchants who are behind on payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements to bring accounts current.
• Follow up with merchants who promise to pay.
• Understand UCC filings and the collections process.
• Issue UCC notices per procedures and applicable law.
• Locate and reach hard-to-contact merchants.
• Prioritize accounts and coordinate with management, legal, and operations.
• Maintain detailed records of communications and payment commitments.
• Assist with escalated accounts with teams.
