Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Active Secret Clearance required.
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
At least 5 years of MBSE experience.
Experience in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Knowledge of Digital Thread, Digital Twin, UAF, UML, SysML, and DoDAF concepts.
OCSMP certifications or MBSE credentials desired.
Clearance to obtain TS/SCI is desirable.

Responsibilities

Translate government direction into MBSE workflows and SysML structures in Cameo.
Lead development and maintenance of Cameo SysML models across programs.
Integrate modeling with Digital Thread data, simulations, and processes.
Serve as lead SysML modeler for mission events and technical reviews.
Support integration and testing with model execution and parametrics.
Ensure timely delivery of MBSE artifacts with traceability analyses.
Coordinate with government representatives to align modeling with requirements.
Mentor junior engineers in MBSE best practices.
